By chapelhillbaby on March 15, 2020August 10, 2020

A week ago, we were enjoying the sun and sand in the Cayman Islands. We planned the trip in late January after realizing we had more than enough Marriott points to cover 5 days there and the flights were actually pretty cheap. They weren’t direct — we had a quick layover in Charlotte but the

This is my favorite running weather! I couldn’t pass up a few easy miles on this gorgeous day. ☀️ 🏃🏼‍♀️
One year ago today, I took my last flight home from working in Boston — not knowing it would be my last for an extended period of time. I’ve spent 10 years traveling to our Boston office and not once been away for this long. I miss my trips, seeing my coworkers in real life, the food, seeing things outside of the 4 walls of my house. Where did you go on your last flight before COVID shut it down?
Look at this stack of sweeties on a Friday night 😍
This boy right here is made of pure sugar and honey. Soaking up all the sweet hugs I’m getting right now and the countless hours he wants to spend being right beside of me. Babies don’t keep!
Mo is trying to figure out just how exactly he has gotten so big in a months time.
Had the very best weekend with this boy — so much so that he said at bedtime tonight “you know, people really love Saturday and Sunday. I don’t know if you could ever have Saturday Saturday Saturday Sunday Sunday Sunday but I bet it would be cool if you could.” Clearly he’s talking about a week with no work or school and now I have vacation on the brain (safe and distanced of course). Kids are so pure, it melts my heart.
